The Journey
The Deeper Game: 8 Weeks
This is your initiation. Eight weeks of deep work with a small cohort (maximum 12 people). Weekly facilitated sessions where you master the practice of the Five Pillars through group work, learning partnerships, and guided inner work. You'll connect deeply with your people. There's a private WhatsApp thread for ongoing connection and support. At the end of eight weeks, if you're ready to go deeper, you enter The Inner Circle.
The Inner Circle: Ongoing
After The Deeper Game, you're part of something larger. Monthly 3-hour gatherings where everyone reconnects and goes deeper together. You'll be in smaller breakout groups, share coaching wisdom from the field, and practice the Pillars in community. Plus monthly pod calls and weekly learning partnerships. You have two months off each year to integrate (December and August). Over time, members pioneer The Dojo, service initiatives that take the work into the world.
This is a community of practice for conscious, heart-led, soul-centered leaders. It builds and matures over time.

THE ANNUAL RETREAT IN COLORADO | Multi-day gathering in the breathtaking Roaring Fork Valley surrounding Aspen. Wilderness, ceremony, depth work, and the kind of bonding that only happens face-to-face. The Soulful Impact Summit.
THE DOJO | Service initiatives and collaborative projects where you co-create what this community becomes and direct its positive impact in the world. Pioneer sub-initiatives. Use it as a playground to cultivate and give your gifts.
CURATED CONNECTION | I will connect you with other members or people in my network when I see an opportunity for genuine support, collaboration, or friendship.
ONBOARDING WITH BROOKS | Inner circle founding members (first 20) receive a one-on-one tailored onboarding call.
Over time, the community takes on its own life. Guest speakers. Member-led offerings. Whatever wants to come through.

The Inner Circle: $12K
Annual commitment after completing The Deeper Game. Founding members (first 20) joining the Spring 2027 cohort receive one-on-one onboarding call with Brooks.
Maximum 150 members total over time.
