At Starlight Leadership, we view wealth as a very powerful tool that has a high potential for creating healing, growth, and positive change, both within ourselves and in the outer world. We believe our current culture and systems around wealth come woefully short of fulfilling that potential, especially around how we make meaning about wealth and identity.
It is all too easy for individuals with wealth to feel defined by it, like it means something about who they are and how they should or shouldn’t be. They might feel shackled with obligation, burden, expectation, shame, or a never-ending need to prove themselves. Meanwhile, a great opportunity to use their resources for the betterment of themselves and the world goes to waste. We are committed to doing our part to change that.
We work with wealth holders who want to create a deeper, more fulfilling, and more nourishing relationship with their wealth. We empower these folks to live more fully aligned with their purpose and values, and to be channels for tremendous positive impact and global change. We work on a customized basis with individuals, families, and organizations. Thus far we have focused our efforts on people who have come into wealth through family inheritance, marriage, or a major financial exit or windfall event.
