The Journey
Onboarding: A warm welcome.
Three personalized coaching sessions with Brooks. Curated connections with other members. Access to the exclusive IRC resource library.
You begin to master the practice of the 5 Pillars through group work, partner calls, and guided inner exploration. You'll connect deeply with your people. There's a private group chat for ongoing connection and support.
Ongoing: Your soul tribe. Expansive possibility.
Monthly 3-hour gatherings where everyone reconnects and uplifts each other. You'll spend time in breakout groups, receive guidance and peer support, practice the Pillars in community, and co-create new initiatives together. We deep-dive on one of the 5 Pillars each month. Pod and partner calls. Member-only sessions with world-class guest speakers on the leading edge of this work. Annual in-person retreat in Colorado.
Over time, the community takes on a life of its own. Members pioneer entrepreneurial service initiatives that take the work into the world. Our collective impact ripples as we birth the future we want to unfold.
This is a community of practice for conscious, heart-led, soul-centered leaders. It builds and matures over time.

Because we need it. Because despite all the societal glorification of what wealth means and the very real, tangible benefits it provides, it also carries unseen weight. It creates a specific, complex, multi-layered spiritual burden that usually isn’t talked about. People with wealth too often have difficulty trusting and opening up in spaces like this. That needs to change. We need to reclaim our humanity, and the world needs us to heal. And lead.
